SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped by local courier from Monday to Friday. Signature upon delivery required.

Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email.

Orders are processed in 2-7 business days excluding holidays.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

International orders should allow 3-7 business days.

Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included.

RETURN POLICY

Each SIBI is handmade to order for you, therefore we accept limited returns and exchanges.

The main wish is that you are IN LOVE with your new SIBI, so if you are not for some reason, please contact us to discuss within 5 days of receiving it.

Please note: All returns are made at customer’s expense. All returns are at the customer’s expense. If the product quality does not meet required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. Damaged items resulting from inadequate packaging during the exchange/return process will not be confirmed, and such items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
