SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped by local courier from Monday to Friday. Signature upon delivery required.

Once your payment is recieved, we will send you a confirmation email.

Orders are processed in 2-7 business days excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is being processed.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

International orders should allow 3-14 business days.

Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included.

 

Each SIBI is handmade to order for you, therefore we accept limited returns and exchanges.

The main wish is that you are IN LOVE with your SIBI hat, so if you are not for some reason, please contact us to disguse about within 3 days of receipt.
